  1. upgrade following clscripts to comply with iraf v2.14
  2. include cut(Shell command) in hbsinit.cl
  3. include "set imtype" in hbsinit.cl (carry out only in v2.14)

 2. hbsinit.clにシェルコマンドcut を登録

 3. hbsinit.cl に "imtype" の設定を追加
    
     iraf 2.14 ではデフォルトのimtypeがfitsへと
     変ったことを受けての対応。
     iraf v2.14下でのみ実行される。
