  2. add cosmic-ray rejection scripts written by H.Akitaya in hbsinit.cl

ＨＢＳ整約ソフトウェア v5.01 での変更点について。

1. hbsinit.cl 中のimtypeの設定箇所にflpr(=プロセスキャッシュの初期化)
    を追加(ある特定の操作時に生じる不具合を回避するため)。
2. hbsinit/cl に秋田谷氏作成の宇宙線除去スクリプト群の登録を追加
    (clscript/以下に必要なスクリプトも入れてある:
       hbsdisplay2.cl, hbs_crrej4px.cl, hbs_boxpixfix.cl)
